The in-hand salary of candidates selected in the IGCAR recruitment will range between 25000/- for upper division clerk to 78000/- for Scientific or Technical Officer E. The in-hand salary given to the candidates is incremented considerably along with the basic pay and the allowances.

The  IGCAR salary for the stipendiary trainee is categorized in 2 categories, category 1 and category 2 as given below in the table. 

The candidates who will be selected for the post of stipendiary trainee post will be given a stipend for the 1st and 2nd years. Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidates will be given a monthly salary.
