Trade/ Skill Test

  • Based on the merit list prepared after an advanced test, candidates of each trade will be selected for the Trade/ Skill Test.
  • Number of candidates will depend on the number of candidates qualifying stage 2 but will not exceed 4-5 times of the number of vacancies of each trade.
  • It will be conducted on a “Go /No-Go” basis.
Stenographer Grade-III Level 1: Objective Test( for both Posts)

  • Exam Duration – 1.5 hours
  • 100 MCQs
  • 3 marks for the correct answer
  • -1 mark for incorrect answer

 

Level 2: Stenography skill test( only for Stenographer Grade III)

  • 80 wpm in English shorthand
  • 30 wpm in English typewriting

 

Level 3: Descriptive Test ( Only for Upper Division Clerk)

  • Exam duration- 3 hours
  • 50%- Part A: English language- Comprehension, English Grammar, Precis
  • 50%- Part B: Descriptive test- Essay Noting and Drafting

Driver (OG) Objective written test includes:

  • Exam duration- 2 hours
  • 50 MCQ questions
  • Correct answer- 3 marks
  • Incorrect answer- negative 1 mark
Security Guard Written Test

  • Exam duration- 1.5 hours
