MPPSC Exam Pattern

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) conducts State Service Exam to recruit for various posts in state governmental departments. The official notification of MPPSC State Service Exam 2021 was released on December 22, 2021. The last date to apply online for the examination is February 9th 2022.

MPPSC Exam Pattern-2022

MPPSC Exam is conducted in three stages. They are the prelims, mains and the interview.

  • The Prelims exam is objective in nature. It consists of two papers i.e., the General Studies Paper and the Aptitude Paper.  
  • The candidates who have cleared the prelims exam will be shortlisted for mains.
  • The mains exam consists of 6 papers. Out of which 4 are General Studies Papers and 2 Hindi Papers.
  • The candidates who have cleared the mains exam will be shortlisted for the interview.
  • The marks obtained by the candidate in the mains exam and interview will be considered for the final result.

All the papers are allotted 180 minutes or 3 hours duration except the Hindi Essays paper. Candidates are given 120 minutes or 2 hours to complete the Hindi Essay paper.
