Every year, the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) holds a written exam for positions of Post Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers in the state. However, the exam patterns for TGT and PGT posts are different. The UP TGT exam pattern involves a written examination and the weightage of marks in the written test varies for the Siksha Mitra (Ad hoc teachers); whereas the exam pattern of UP PGT consists of three rounds: a written exam, an interview, and a special qualification examination.
The official notification for the UP TGT and PGT 2023 will be released soon and candidates can check in detail the exam pattern and the syllabus for the exam. UP TGT Exam Pattern 2023
Candidates should thoroughly comprehend the structure and syllabus of the examination to create a study strategy and measure time management. For the post of UP TGT teachers, only a written examination is conducted and the weightage of the marks obtained differs for the Ad hoc teachers. UP PGT Exam Pattern 2023
The official notification when released will cover the UP PGT Syllabus and Exam Pattern for the year 2023. The UP PGT Selection Process 2023 is expected to consist of three rounds:
- A written test
- An interview
- A special qualification round.
