What is the 92nd amendment to Indian Constitution?

The Ninety-Second Amendment Act of 2003 included four more languages in the Eighth Schedule. They are:

• Bodo 
• Dogri (Dongri)
• Mathilli (Maithili) and 
• Santhali. 

With this, the total number of constitutionally recognised languages increased to 22.
