Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) oversees the EPFO assistant post-recruitment examination. The official announcement for EPFO Assistant Recruitment 2023 is awaited and is likely to be issued shortly. EPFO is a well-known and significant organisation that draws applications from around the country. It is in charge of all government employees’ accounts and data.

EPFO Assistant 2023: Total Vacancies

As stated earlier, the official EPFO Assistant 2023 Notification has not been released as yet and is expected to be released soon. Once the notification is released the space will be updated for the newly released vacancies. For the reference of the aspirants, the vacancies released for the previous year has been been given. 

The number of EPFO Assistant positions available this year is projected to be the same as last. EPFO offered around 280 vacancies in 2019. The details of the vacancies are given below:

It is to be noted that some seats were reserved for the aspirants of the backward classes. Applicants seeking reservations must ensure that they have all the required documentation. There are certain seats reserved for Persons with Disabilities:

The details of the above-mentioned categories are given below:

• PwD Category A: Visual Disability.
• PwD Category B: Hearing Disability.
• PwD Category C: Locomotor disability, Cerebral palsy, Leprosy (cured), Dwarfism, Acid Attack victims, and Muscular Dystrophy.
• PwD Category D: Autism, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disability, and Mental illness.
• Category E: Other disabilities include deaf-blindness. 

Note: Candidates will be adjusted against the vacancy of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Unreserved (UR) categories for the appointment under the PwD quota. 

The EPFO Assistant examination is usually conducted in two languages, which are English and Hindi. In the EPFO Assistant Preliminary examination, there will be 100 multiple choice questions for total marks of 100. The EPFO Assistant Mains exam 2023 will be conducted for a total of 153 marks. EPFO Assistant 2023: Salary Details

The EPFO Assistant Salary 2023 will be as per Level- 7 of the Pay Matrix (Civilian employees). The Entry Pay will be ₹ 44,900/- under the 7th Pay Commission. Along with that, the selected candidates will also be entitled to DA, HRA and Transport Allowance and other allowances.
