NSO Class 7 Syllabus

The Science Olympiad Foundation administers the National Science Olympiad exam. It is a Science Olympiad exam that is held for students in grades one to twelve. This exam encourages students to identify their interest or preference in a discipline of Science such as Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, as well as assists them in pursuing a career in that field.

Key Points of the Examination

The NSO examination is divided into two levels and focuses on science subjects. The first level is level 1, and students who pass this level will take the level 2 exam. The NSO Olympiad test is divided into two stages, which begin in grade 3. Only level 1 examinations will be administered to students in classes 1 and 2, and grades will be assigned based on their performance. The exam is divided into three components in general.

Exam Schedule For class 7

For grade 7, the assessment is an objective assessment with 50 multiple-choice questions. The exam is broken down into three components.

The NSO Class 7 coursework is based on the general content that learners take in grade 7. Any prescribed curriculum textbook that includes the above-mentioned topics and concepts for grade 7 students’ ability can be used. For better understanding and preparation for the exam, the student can take NSO sample papers for Class 7 that are available on the official website of SOF for further reference on examination patterns and difficulty levels of the exam. Questions of level-I Olympiad exams will be 60% from the current class syllabus and 40% from the previous class syllabus.
