Application Process APEX Bank Officer Exam 2022

Candidates with the required educational qualifications can apply for the recruiting process by submitting an online application. Candidates will be able to access the application form on the official website. Follow the instructions given below to fill out the online application form:

• Step 1: Application Registration
  • Visit the Apex Bank website at www.apexbank.in and select the “APPLY ONLINE” option, which will open a new screen.
  • To register an application, select the “Click here for New Registration” link and input your name, contact information, and email address. The system will produce a Provisional Registration Number and Password and display them on the screen.
  • The Provisional Registration Number and Password should be written down by the candidate. An email and SMS with the Provisional Registration number and Password will be provided as well.
• Step 2- Filling out the Application and Submission of the documents:
  • Enter the registration number and fill out the application form by providing personal information such as name date of birth and other required information.
  • The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
  • Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details‘ and ‘Save & Next‘ buttons.
  • Upload Photo, Signature, Left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as specified.

• Step 3- Preview the Application Form:
  • Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION. Finally, print a copy of the completed application form.
• Step 4- Pay the Application Fee:
  • Following successful registration and application submission, pay the application fees.
  • Click on the ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed with payment.
  • The application fee for the online recruitment of the APEX Bank exam is Rs 1200 and Rs 900/- for different categories of candidates, with an extra 18% GST. The application fee will only be accepted online by the bank. Debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, and mobile wallets can all be used to make online payments.
  • Make payment and click on the “Submit” button.
• Step 5– Click on the ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION ‘ button. Keep a copy of the application form for future reference and use.

APEX Bank Officer Exam Selection Process 2022

Candidates whose applications are submitted will be subjected to a two-stage selection procedure. The following are the stages:

• Stage One – Online Exam

The Apex Bank Officer Selection Process Phase I is a qualifying stage for Apex Bank Officer positions. This is the Preliminary Exam phase. The Bank has the authority to determine whether or not to hold this stage for all positions.

• Stage Two – The Interview

It is a personal interview for applicants who have qualified and obtained the needed minimum marks. Candidates will be evaluated to determine their fitness for the applied position.

The final merit list is made based on the combined scores of the candidates in both stages, which are published online on the official website of the conducting body. Document Verification is done after the interview of the candidates. In case of any discrepancy in the information provided the candidates will be disqualified.
