Points to Remember: EXIM Bank Management Trainee Exam Eligibility Criteria
- Aspirants must be citizens of India.
- There is relaxation in the upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC and for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) category. Ex-servicemen for appointment in Group A are permitted a maximum relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
- At the time of the interview or when joining the Bank, candidates must have earned a minimum 60% marks.
- Candidates who are taking the postgraduate exam in 2022 must also meet the prerequisite academic requirements listed above at the time of the interview or when they join the bank, but not later than September 30, 2022.
- Courses taken on a part-time or correspondence basis are ineligible.
- In addition to being adept in the use of computers and information technology, candidates should have strong communication skills.
- The candidate should have studied in a University or institute recognised and approved by the government or AICTE or UGC.
- Candidates whose Universities/Institutes award degrees based on CGPA/GPA rather than numerical marks and do not specify the equivalent aggregate percentage of marks in the mark sheet or certificates, should submit a letter from the head of the Institute / Controller of Examination of the University, clearly stating the methodology of conversion of the grades into percentage (conversion formula) and the numerical marks equivalent to the grades.
- Aspirants who belong to reserved categories should produce in original their degree certificates, experience and caste certificates at the time of interview.
- EWS candidates can avail benefit of reservation under EWS by providing the Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority. Â
- Persons with Disabilities should furnish the Medical Certificate issued by the appropriate Authority in proof of their disability.
