Selection Process

All banking aspirants have to go through two exams to qualify for the IDBI Assistant Manager Job. The first stage requires candidates to sit for an online examination, and whoever passes qualifies for the interview round. Once they clear the interview round, candidates have to serve a probation period of 1 year. The one-year probation period is divided into 9 months of classroom training and 3 months of internship.
