SBI PO Probation

The SBI PO notification clearly mentions that any candidate who joins the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer needs to sign a Bond of Rs.2.00 lacs, ensuring to serve the Bank for a minimum period of three years.

Before joining in as a Probationary Officer, every candidate will have to go through an online training which will be mandatory for all selected candidates and only then can they join SBI. They will be appointed on a Probation of two years and will be assessed for that period of time.

Once this period is gone, the candidates will become permanent employees and can look for future opportunities of promotion within the Organisation.
