JPSC Eligibility Criteria

The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) conducts recruitment exams for Group A posts in the Jharkhand State Bureaucracy. The Gazetted Probationers exam is one such exam through which Group A officers are recruited in Jharkhand Civil Services. JPSC Age Limit

JPSC Eligibility criteria – The main criteria are that the candidate has to be a citizen of India.

JPSC age limit for Combined Civil Service Exam will be considered as per the given below date and year

  • Minimum age as per 1st August 2021
  • Maximum age as per 1st August 2013

Important dates for JPSC 2016 exams

JPSC 7,8,9 exams have been cancelled. The last examination that took place was JPSC 2016. The details are mentioned below:

Result of JPSC 6 Prelims Exam Multiple times revised results were published due to reported controversies and High Court cases
JPSC 6 (2016) Mains Exam 28th January 2019 to 1st February 2019 (was postponed due to cases filed at Jharkhand High Court by the candidates against JPSC)
JPSC Mains Exam result Results will be published by JPSC only after Honourable High Court of Jharkhand gives the permission
Date of interview 4th Feb 2020 to 16th Feb 2020
JPSC Exam results 21st April 2020
