Indian Coast Guard Exam Pattern 2023
The Indian Coast Guard exam pattern highlights the marking scheme, question distribution, passing score range, number of sections, and other information. The Indian Coast Guard Exam Pattern 2023 consists of a total of four stages.
- A written test conducted on a computer is part of the first stage of the exam.
- Stage 2 consists of the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Document Verification and Medical Exam.
- Stage 3 includes the last medical examination and document verification, at INS Chilka.
- In Stage 4, candidates are shortlisted for training at INS Chilka.

Indian Coast Guard: Physical Fitness Test
The Physical Fitness Test (PFT), will be conducted for candidates who pass the written exam and will be conducted for roughly two days. Candidates with physical disabilities are not permitted to apply for this test. The following is a list of the requirements for the physical fitness test:

- 20 squat-ups
- 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes

Indian Coast Guard: Medical Examination
