1. The TNPSC Group – I notification was released on 28 March 2024.
2. TNPSC Group 1 Exam 2024 is taking place. The following updates are about Group 1 Exam 2024 of the TNPSC:
   1. The TNPSC Group 1 Prelims Exam 2024 is scheduled to take place on 13 July 2024.
   2. Candidates can apply for the same from 28 March 2024 and the last date for application is 27 April 2024.
   3. The application process is online through the official website of TNPSC.

Aspirants should also know that TNPSC has made it mandatory for the candidates to furnish their Aadhaar number at the time of applying for the Commission’s exams. Fingerprints of the candidates will be verified with the biometric data available with Aadhaar and only then will they be allowed to sit for exams in the future. Also, candidates have to submit their school and graduation certificates to prove that they have learnt the Tamil Language.
