The selection process for the EPFO Social Security Assistant (SSA) exam comprises three phases i.e. the preliminary exam, main exam and the Computer Data Entry Test. After each phase of the SSA exam, the EPFO releases the cut-off marks along with the results. The EPFO SSA exam was last notified in 2019 and the final results were declared on 21 January, 2021. Candidates who are planning to write the upcoming SSA exam should be aware of the minimum qualifying marks and the overall cut-off marks. More details regarding the cut-off marks for different regions is given below. Candidates can also visit the official website (epfindia.gov.in) of the EPFO to get recent updates on upcoming EPFO SSA exams.

Cut-off Marks for the Posts of EPFO SSA
The EPFO conducts the Social Security Assistant (SSA) exam in three phases:
- Phase I- Preliminary Exam
- Phase II- Main Exam
- Phase III- Computer Data Entry Test/Computer Skill Test
Phase 1 and Phase 3 are of qualifying nature. The marks obtained in Phase II only will be considered for final selection. The region-wise cut-off marks for various phases are given in the following sections.
Phase I EPFO SSA Preliminary Exam Cut-off
The EPFO SSA 2019 preliminary examination was conducted on 31 August, 2019. The Phase 1 cut-off marks for different regions were published on 21 October, 2019. More information regarding the EPFO SSA 2019 cut-off marks is given in the tables below.
