SSC CHSL Exam Answer Key 2021-2022

Important Update:

SSC has published a list of additional candidates who have qualified in the SSC CHSL Tier-1 examination held in 2021 and are eligible to appear in Tier-2 exams. In addition, the Commission has informed that it will publish the revised marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates on the official website of SSC from January 14, 2022 to January 31, 2022.

SSC released the Final Answer Key along with the question paper for SSC CHSL Tier-1 Examination on November 5, 2021. The final answer key was available on the official website of SSC for a period of one month from 05.11.2021 (18:00 Hrs) to 04.12.2021 (18:00 Hrs). The candidates who had written the Tier-1 exams were asked to take a print out of the final answer key as the answer key link was available only for the specified duration, which was mentioned in the notice.

The final answer key of Tier-1 SSC CHSL 2020-2021 examination will be updated here as soon as the revised PDF is released for all candidates on the official website of SSC. Visit this page regularly to get updates on the SSC CHSL Tier-2 exam answer key.

Tentative Answer Key, Online Representations and Final Answer Key

  • After the Tier-1 exams, the Commission releases the tentative answer key of the computer-based examination.
  • Candidates are given the opportunity to raise objections and submit their online representations against any discrepancy found in the provisional answer key within the time limit given by the Commission on payment of Rs 100 per question.
  • Only online representations submitted against the answer keys are considered.
  • Final answer key is released after the Commission scrutinises the objections raised by the candidates.
  • Note: Marks scored by candidates in the computer-based Tier-1 examination are normalised by using the formula published by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in the notice dated February 7, 2019 (Notice no: 1-1/2018-P&P-I). The normalised scores are used to determine the final merit and cut-off marks of the candidates.

How to download the SSC CHSL answer key of Tier-I exam 2020-21?

Follow the steps given below to download the SSC CHSL answer key of the Tier-I exam conducted in April and August, 2021.

  • Visit the official website of SSC.
  • Go to the ‘Answer Key; Section on the website
  • Select ‘Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination’ from the various tabs given on the website.
  • Select the SSC CHSL 2020-2021 examination Answer key link.
  • Enter your User ID & Password and click on the login button.
  • The SSC CHSL Tier-1 exam Answer Key will be available and can be downloaded.

How to submit online representations against the tentative answer key?

  • Visit the official website of SSC.
  • Go to the Answer Key Section on the website
  • Choose the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination tab given on the website.
  • Select the SSC ‘Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination Answer key link.
  • Cross-check your answers with the tentative answer key published by SSC. If you find any inconsistency in the answer key, then click on the tab that says ‘Challenge SSC CHSL 2020 Answer Key’.
  • Select the question number and the correct option according to you.
  • Provide documentary evidence to show why the answer given in the answer key is inconsistent.
  • Pay Rs. 100 (per question) for challenging the answer key.
