GSEB Exam Pattern

- The students will be given 3 hours and 15 minutes to write the GSEB Class 10 board exam.
- The Class 10 board exam is conducted for the following subjects: First language ( Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Sindhi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Odia), Social Science, Science and Technology, Mathematics, Second language (Gujarati, English, Hindi, Sindhi, Sanskrit, Farsi, Arabic and Urdu).
- The GSEB question paper for each subject is designed for a total of 100 marks. Each paper is divided into 2 parts, Part A and Part B. Part A has theoretical aptitude questions whereas Part B has objective type multiple choice questions (MCQ).
- Â The students will have to score a minimum of 33% in each subject to pass the GSEB SSC board examination.

- Overall Pass Percent: The performance of students in SSC GSEB has shown a nearly consistent trend. In 2016, 67.06% of the students had passed, and this percentage increased in 2017, with 68.24% of the students passing. The percentage dipped low in 2020 when 60.64% of the students passed. However, in 2021, all of the students appearing for the 10th SSC exams had successfully qualified. 2023 saw an overall pass percentage of 64.62% as compared to 65.18% of 2022.
