The final results of the EPFO SSA exam, 2019 were declared on 21 January, 2021. The EPFO conducted three phases of the Social Security Assistant (SSA) exam in 2019 and 2020. Results for the Post of EPFO Social Security Assistant (SSA)

As per EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023 Notification, interested and eligible candidates can now apply online for EPFO SSA & Stenographer vacancies as the registration till 26th April 2023. The EPFO SSA exam was last notified in 2019 and the Phase 1 exam was conducted on 31 August, 2019. A total of 22229 candidates were shortlisted for the Phase 2 of the SSA exam. How to download the EPFO SSA exam results?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the EPFO SSA exam results.

1. Visit the official website of the EPFO i.e. epfindia.gov.in
2. Click on the ‘Miscellaneous’ tab on the homepage. Select ‘Recruitments’ in the dropdown menu.
3. A new page will appear. Search for EPFO SSA Phase 1 or Phase 2 or Final results on the new page. Region-wise results and marksheets of candidates are available on the page. 
4. Download the PDF and save it for future reference.

Points to Remember: EPFO SSA Exam Results

• Candidates should upload their certificates and other documents on the official website of the EPFO after the Phase 2 Main examination.
• EPFO SSA Phase 1 and Phase 3 exams are qualifying in nature. Candidates who qualify in Phase 3 are considered for final selection based on the marks scored in Phase 2.
• In case there is a tie between two or more candidates, then the following method is used to break the tie:
  • Date of Birth: Older candidates are considered above the rest
  • Alphabetical order in which names of the candidates appear

• The candidature of the selected applicants is provisional. They have to fulfil the eligibility criteria in all respects to be finally considered. They also have to submit their documents in original while joining or during document verification.
• The merit list is prepared based on the total scores obtained by candidates in all five tests (T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5) in Phase-II of the EPFO SSA examination.
• Candidates should regularly check their email Id and EPFO’s website to get updates on the exam results, various phases of the examination etc.

EPFO SSA Document Verification

Candidates who pass the Phase 2 main exam have to upload the necessary documents and certificates as per the guidelines given in the official notification released by the EPFO. The following documents and certificates have to be uploaded on the EPFO’s website on or before the date mentioned in the notice.

• Candidates should submit or upload the document on or before the date mentioned in the notice released by the EPFO.
• The maximum size of the file or document that is to be uploaded on EPFO’s website is 200 KB.
