NABARD Grade A Officers Job Profile

The candidates chosen for the NABARD Grade A positions will have to go through the NABARD Grade A screening process. It is to be noted that in terms of hierarchy, the Grade B post is one level above the Grade A post, this means that Grade A officers are typically assigned as Assistant Managers and Grade B officers are Managers. When placed as an Assistant Manager at one of the banks, candidates will be given a department that recognises their skills. Assistant Managers will report to the Chief General Manager here at the regional NABARD office (CGM). Two years are allotted for the probationary term of the Assistant Managers, which the bank may choose to extend for a maximum of one additional year.
