Calculation of Prelims and Mains Scores
- There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests (Preliminary and Main examination).1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- If no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
- The total marks of wrong answers multiplied by 1/4 will be subtracted from the total marks of right answers
- Suppose if the candidate scored 60 right answers and 12 wrong answers, then the total score obtained by the candidate is 60-(12/4)=57.
- As the exam is conducted in multiple shifts, the marks of candidates are normalized to announce the RBI Assistant result.
- Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of calculations.

- Once the response sheet(answer key) is released by the RBI, the candidate can download the sheet from the website.
