Wrong-answer penalties

In Objective Tests, there will be no penalty for incorrect responses. There will be no penalty for a question that is left blank, i.e. if the candidate does not mark a response.

Interview

The interview will be worth 50 marks. To be considered for final selection, candidates must get minimum qualifying marks in the interview. The Bank will determine the minimum qualifying marks.

Final Merit List

Candidates must pass both the Online Written Test and the Interview independently. For the purpose of producing the final merit list, the marks acquired in the Online written test, both in the Objective and Descriptive tests, will be added to the marks obtained in the Interview. The final merit list will be compiled using a 75:25 weighted average of the marks obtained in the Online Written Test and the Interview.

After averaging (out of 100) converted marks from the Online Written Test and Interview, the final merit list (state-by-state and category-by-category) is generated. The highest-ranking candidates on a merit list generated by state and category will be chosen.

SBI CBO preparation requires rigorous efforts and a strategic approach. Candidates should pay undivided attention while preparing for the examination.
