FCI General Manager Salary and Allowances
The pay scale for the post of FCI Manager as per the FCI Notification 2022 is given in the table below. Candidates who get selected for the post of manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering) will be trained for a period of 6 months. During the training period, the selected management trainees will get a stipend of Rs 40,000 per month.
After the completion of the training period, the selected candidates will be paid based on the IDA pay scale, the details of which are given in the table provided below.

FCI Assistant General Manager Salary and Allowances
The FCI 2022 notification for the post of assistant manager is yet to be published. As per the FCI Assistant Manager notification released in 2021, the pay scale of the FCI Assistant General Manager is given in the table below.
Candidates who get selected for the post of assistant manager will be paid as per the IDA pay scale. Selected candidates will also be given allowances such as leave travel facilities, HRA, etc. DA will also be paid on a percentage basis. Other benefits such as gratuity, leave encashment, pension, medical reimbursement, etc., will be given as per the rules of the Food Corporation of India.
