RRB NTPC Admit Card – Key Instructions
- The RRB NTPC Admit Card will not be sent by courier to the candidates’ address. It has to be downloaded from the official website.
- Candidates will be informed via SMS and email regarding the RRB NTPC admit card uploading. While downloading the NTPC admit card, read the instructions carefully.
- Candidates must carry their respective RRB NTPC Admit Card and designated Photo ID proof without fail to the examination hall.
- Â It is mandatory for all the candidates to carry a coloured photograph (size 35 mm x 45 mm)Â as uploaded during the registration process.
- The Admit Card must be downloaded at least 10 days prior to the exam.
- The name of the candidate and date of birth should match with the name and DOB as mentioned in the candidate’s ID card.
- Candidates must make sure that they reach the examination venue at least 30-45 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam to avoid any last-minute hustle.
- The NTPC call letter will mention details about free travel authority for candidates belonging to SC/ST category who have opted for free rail travel facility. They will be allowed to book tickets to travel to the examination centre on the submission of a self-attested photocopy of the e-admit card.
-  While undertaking the journey such candidates need to carry the original category certificate as a proof along with one photo identity proof.
- Candidates should leave blank spaces provided in the downloaded admit card for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI).
- Candidates need to write the paragraph of self-declaration, sign and affix Left Thumb Impression – LTI at the venue in the presence of the invigilator and handover the same to the invigilator before the exam concludes.
