RRB NTPC Admit Card – Key Instructions

  1. The RRB NTPC Admit Card will not be sent by courier to the candidates’ address. It has to be downloaded from the official website.
  2. Candidates will be informed via SMS and email regarding the RRB NTPC admit card uploading. While downloading the NTPC admit card, read the instructions carefully.
  3. Candidates must carry their respective RRB NTPC Admit Card and designated Photo ID proof without fail to the examination hall.
  4.  It is mandatory for all the candidates to carry a coloured photograph (size 35 mm x 45 mm) as uploaded during the registration process.
  5. The Admit Card must be downloaded at least 10 days prior to the exam.
  6. The name of the candidate and date of birth should match with the name and DOB as mentioned in the candidate’s ID card.
  7. Candidates must make sure that they reach the examination venue at least 30-45 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam to avoid any last-minute hustle.
  8. The NTPC call letter will mention details about free travel authority for candidates belonging to SC/ST category who have opted for free rail travel facility. They will be allowed to book tickets to travel to the examination centre on the submission of a self-attested photocopy of the e-admit card.
  9.  While undertaking the journey such candidates need to carry the original category certificate as a proof along with one photo identity proof.
  10. Candidates should leave blank spaces provided in the downloaded admit card for writing self-declaration paragraph, signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI).
  11. Candidates need to write the paragraph of self-declaration, sign and affix Left Thumb Impression – LTI at the venue in the presence of the invigilator and handover the same to the invigilator before the exam concludes.
