1) Written Examination (150 marks)
In the written examination, all the candidates must take an online exam administered by IBPS. The total mark for this exam is 150. After this exam, the successful candidates will be invited for the interview process, a ratio of 1:4 based on their ranking.
2) Interview Process (100 marks)
The interview process has a grade distribution of 100. For the Unreserved and EWS categories, the minimum score to qualify for the interview and final selection is 50%. For the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD), the minimum score is 45%.
The final selection of the candidates will follow the review of documents. All the candidates chosen for the Bank of Maharashtra Generalist Officer positions through the recruitment process will be serving a one-year probationary period. They also need to sign a service bond for a minimum of 2 years of service of Rs.2,00,000.
