The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Officers Scale-I, II & III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) exams for the Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). How to apply online for the IBPS RRB exam?

The application link for IBPS RRB 2023 Office Assistant and Officers Scale-I, II & III is now active on the official website of IBPS. The online application registration process for IBPS RRB 2023 exam commenced on June 1, 2023, and will be open until June 21, 2023. A total of Rs. 850/- is to be paid by candidates belonging to General Category as the application fee for both IBPS RRB Assistant and IBPS RRB Officers exam and Rs. 175/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category.

The online application process for the IBPS RRB recruitment will start on 1st June, 2023, and the last date for submission of the application form is 21st June, 2023. The official IBPS RRB Notification was released on 1st June 2023, announcing a total of 8612 vacancies. IBPS RRB Registration Process

To register for the IBPS RRB examination, candidates can follow the step-by-step registration process listed below.

  1. Visit the official IBPS website (www.ibps.in)
  2. Once at the homepage, click on the ‘Apply Online for CRP – RRB- Officers (Scale-I, II and III)’ or Apply Online for CRP – RRBs – Office Assistant (Multipurpose)’ to start the online application process.
  3. You will be redirected to a new window where you need to click on the new registration application window.
  4. Provide your basic details like name, date of birth, mobile no. email ID, etc.
  5. Click on the submit button to complete the registration process.
  6. You will be provided with a provisional registration number. You need to log in with the registration number, password and date of birth to complete the remaining steps.
  7. You need to upload your recent passport size photo, signature, left thumb impression and a hand written declaration. The image should be in dimensions specified and in JPEG format, while the signature must be done using black ink on a white sheet.
  8. Login again with your registration ID, password to complete remaining steps.
  9. Once done with the process, go through the online application form to make sure everything is in order.
  10. Click on the submit button.
  11. Now you can proceed to make payment through online or offline mode to complete the registration process.

IBPS RRB Eligibility

The IBPS RRB notification specifies a set of eligibility criteria that needs to be fulfilled by any candidate willing to apply for the exam. This criteria includes nationality, educational qualifications and age limit.

The IBPS RRB admit card is released 10 to 15 days before the date of examination, be it Prelims, Mains or Interview. Candidates need to carry their admit card along with a copy of their identity proof. A list of valid photo ID proofs are as follows:

      There are a few bank exams where final year students can apply but they will have to show their degree or certificates at the time for the interview and document verification process.
