IBPS Rrb Notification

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced various posts for IBPS RRB (Regional Rural Bank) officer Recruitment Group ‘A’ Officers (Scale-I, II, III). This year RRB will recruit eligible candidates for the officers posts- I, II, III. The RRB officer exam will be conducted in November and December 2017.

Candidates who aspire for IBPS RRB must apply on the official website of RRB before the last week of September 2017. RRB is the banks that serve in Indian rural areas with basic bank knowledge, financial information and helping people in the best way they can. Mostly these bank branches are set up in various urban areas. Every year IBPS conducts RRB officer exam to recruit eligible candidates in rural banks of India.  

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria vary from post to post. The following are the details regarding the same.

Officer Scale-I: Candidate must be a graduate (50% marks at least), computer as local language, age should be 18 plus and less than 30 years.

Officer Scale-II: Candidates must have a degree in any field (50% marks at least), computer as the local language. The aspirant should be a graduate for IT Officer, CA for Chartered Accountant and Graduation plus one year experience for Law Officer Post. Aspirant’s age should be more than 21 years and below 32 years.

Officer Scale-III: Graduation in any discipline (50% marks at least). Aspirant’s age should be more than 21 years and below 40 years.

Pay Scale of RRB Officer

  •        Officer Scale-I: Rs. 28000-31000 (approx.)
  •        Officer Scale-II: Rs. 32000-38000 (approx.)
  •        Officer Scale-III: Rs. 36000-42000 (approx.)
