The Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur was established in 2015 and started its journey under the mentorship of IIM Lucknow. It currently runs a campus in the Himachal Institute of Technology, Paonta Sahib, in Himachal Pradesh’s Sirmaur district. On a 210-acre tract of land along the Ambala-Dehradun National Highway, the permanent campus of IIM Sirmaur is now being built.

IIM Sirmaur Admission Process

The following steps are involved in the IIM Sirmaur admissions procedure.

• CAT
• Selection via personal interview (PI)
• The Personal Interview (PI) will be held as part of the Common Admission Process (CAP Process) by all nine IIMs institutions in India.
• In addition to the Common Admission Process, IIM Sirmaur will also conduct a Supplementary Admission Process (SAP 2022) for students who meet the PI shortlisting requirements but do not meet the CAP cutoff criteria.

Campus Life at Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur

Currently, this institute is operating all its administrative work from the temporary campus at Himachal Institute of Technology. Work is being done on the permanent campus. Modern IT-enabled classrooms, conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities, computer labs, sports facilities, an on-campus gym, and a 24-hour library are all features of the temporary campus.

Hostel Facility

There are 5 hostels at IIM Sirmaur. They are all located inside Paonta Sahib. Twin-sharing rooms with individual mattresses, almirahs, study tables with chairs, and bookcases are provided for students.
