The NRA CET examination is a central examination conducted to select students for the posts of non-gazetted officers all over India. The National Recruitment Agency has decided to conduct Tier I of the examination, and the ones who clear the examination will receive a scorecard. This will hitherto be sent to other registered government agencies where the main exam will be conducted. The exam will be conducted online twice every year. The government had planned to create a national recruiting agency to avoid the complexities and confusion related to the posts and the employment procedure. The CET exams will be conducted for the various Group B and C levels for SSC, IBPS and RRB. The NRA is set to arrange for almost 1000 NRA CET exam centres. The rise in the number of exam centres will help the candidates financially.
