LIC AAO Online Application
A candidate can only appear for the exam if he/she successfully complete the online application process. For the year 2023, the registration was completed on 31st January 2023.
Candidates need to enter their personal information, contact details, category, educational qualification, select an exam venue, etc. in the application form. All this information is reviewed and rechecked at the time if Interview during the document verification.

LIC AAO Salary
The salary paid to an AAO in LIC is one major reason for the candidates attracting towards the insurance sector. A basic pay of Rs.32795/- per month is paid to the employee in the scale of Rs. 32795- 1610(14) – 55335 – 1745(4) – 62315.

LIC AAO Probation And Guarantee Bond
A candidate once appointed shall be on a probation period of one year from the date of joining. This period can be extended for a period of two years based on the performance of the employee.
Apart from this, the appointed candidate shall be liable to sign a guarantee bond which requires them to serve the company for a minimum time period of four years, failing which he/she shall have to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- to the organisation.
