High Court RO ARO Result – Important Facts

1. No Score Card will be dispatched to the candidates in hard copy by post or through e-mail.
2. Merely appearing and passing in AHC Recruitment exam 2021 does not confer any right to the candidate for selection or appointment.
3. The candidate declared successful in the Written Examination and Computer Typing Test will be called for document verification by Allahabad High Court, after which the Appointment letters shall be issued to the successful candidates.
4. The selection is subject to fulfilling the eligibility, rank in merit list, medical fitness, verification of original documents and such other criteria as may be prescribed by The Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
5. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate (despite being selected/qualified) does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has suppressed/twisted or truncated/forged any material facts or documents in support of his/her eligibility criteria/particulars/claims, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without giving any reasons and notice to the candidate concerned. If any of these shortcomings is detected even after appointment, their services may be liable to be terminated and he/she may be liable for criminal proceedings as decided by The Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
6. The responsibility of NTA is limited to inviting online application, conduct of the recruitment test, declaration of result and providing the results to Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad for further action at their end.
