Delhi Police SI Vacancy

The SSC CPO 2022 vacancies have not yet been announced. The notification is planned to be made public on August 14, 2022. The specific number of openings will be included in the notice. According to the previous year’s announcement, there will be a total of 1500+ SSC CPO police positions (tentative).

Delhi Police SI Eligibility

Prior submitting the SSC CPO 2022 application, candidates should check and validate their eligibility for the test. • Delhi Police SI Eligibility- Nationality

An applicant must be an Indian, Nepalese, or Bhutanese citizen. In the event of migrating Indians from other countries, relevant documents such as a proof-like Citizenship document recognised by the Government of India should be presented.

• Delhi Police SI Eligibility- Age Limit
• The minimum age limit is 20 years.
• The maximum age limit is 25 years.

Certain relaxation is provided to people from special categories. 

• Delhi Police SI Eligibility- Educational Qualification
• There are no particular qualifying requirements to take the SSC CPO recruitment 2022 examination. You need a Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university or an equivalent degree recognised by the Central Government.
• Sub Inspector in the Delhi Police Department: Male applicants must have a valid Driving Licence (D/L) for LMV (Car & Motorcycle) as of the PET (Physical Endurance and Standard Tests) date; otherwise, you will be denied PET. However, a driver’s licence is not required while submitting an application form.

Without glasses, the minimum distance vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 for both eyes.

Delhi Police SI Salary

The job is classed as Group “C” (Non-Gazetted) by Delhi Police and has a salary range of Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400/-).

Delhi Police SI Selection Process

Initially, applicants will be required to take the Paper I written examination. Candidates who pass this exam will be examined for their physical fitness. The applicants will thereafter be required to take the second paper of the written test, Paper-II. Candidates who pass all of these steps will be evaluated for medical fitness. Finally, the applicants will be appointed based on their merit. So, there are 4 stages:

• Paper- I
• Physical Endurance Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST) (PET)
• Paper-II
• Medical Exam

Delhi Police SI Syllabus

Since a common exam is conducted by SSC so the syllabus for Delhi Police -SI Exam syllabus is same as SSC CPO Syllabus. Paper I and Paper II are computer-based exams. General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge and Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension are all topics covered in the SSC CPO syllabus for Paper I. Paper-II is on English Language & Comprehension, and it assesses applicants’ abilities in vocabulary, spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and so forth.

Delhi Police SI Results
