FSSAI Subjects

Food Safety and Standard Authority (FSSAI) is established under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. It is headed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. FSSAI has announced vacancies for various posts, and the CBT/CBT-1/ written examinations have been scheduled from 28th to 31st March 2022.

The exams will be held for the posts of Technical Officers, Central Food Safety Officers, Food Analysts, Assistant Managers (IT and Non-IT) and Personal Assistants. The exam date of FSSAI CBT has been postponed due to the rise in COVID cases. The exam dates were previously decided to be held from 17th January 2022 to 20th January 2022. However, it has been rescheduled to 28th to 31st March 2022.

1. Computer Literacy and General Aptitude: Computer subject knowledge, General Awareness, English Language, General Intelligence, etc.

Part One:

Computer Literacy and General Aptitude:

General Intelligence: Problem-solving, Analogies, Judgment, Arithmetical reasoning, Decision making, Visual memory, Arithmetical number series, Relationship concepts, etc., are the subjects included here. Achievers can know the FSSAI subject code from here.
