RRB ALP Cut Off 2023: Every year, the Railway Recruitment Board holds the RRB Exam to select Assistant Loco Pilots and Technicians. The RRB ALP Recruitment Official Notification for 2023 has not yet been made public. Typically, there will be 4 stages to the selecting process. This is a great Railway Job opportunity for candidates with a degree/diploma in Engineering. The RRB ALP Selection Process consists of a Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) stage 1, a Computer Based Test (CBT) stage 2 (common for both ALP and Technician posts), and a written test (CBAT). The CBAT stage is only for the ALP post. The chosen candidates will receive initial pay of INR 19,900 along with additional benefits at Level 2 of the Pay Matrix.

The RRB ALP cut off is announced by the Railway Recruitment Board. The RRB releases the separate list of the RRB Assistant Loco Pilot cut off score zone-wise and category-wise along with the announcement of the ALP result.

RRB ALP Cut Off – Minimum Qualifying Marks

The RRB will announce two cut off marks for the recruitment RRB ALP & Technician 2023. One is the minimum qualifying Railway Loco Pilot cut off 2023 and the second one is RRB ALP normalized marks that are used to make the merit list. 

Candidates should note here that the RRB ALP selection process Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician includes two stages RRB ALP CBT I & CBT II.

RRB ALP Cut Off CBT II

The shortlisting of candidates for CBT II RRB ALP exam is done from the marks secured by the candidates in the exam.  The minimum cut off marks for RRB ALP CBT II is:

The RRB ALP CBT II exam consists of two parts, A and B. For the further stages in ALP recruitment, the marks that candidates secure in part A of CBT II exam will be considered and Part B of CBT II is just qualifying in nature. 

However, candidates have to secure 35% marks to qualify the CBT II Part B exam. Hence, candidates are required to qualify in each stage in order to be considered for the ALP post.
