The Railway Recruitment Board releases the cut off marks for the Junior Engineer exam along with the RRB JE result. Candidates will be able to check the cut off marks online by logging in to the official website of Reginal RRBs.

Candidates appearing for the Junior Engineer examination in Railways are required to obtain the minimum cut off marks as set by the conducting body in all the stages to be eligible for the next process of selection. The different stages of RRB JE Cut Off are as mentioned below –

This is a screening test which is used to filter candidates as per their performances in the exam. The cut off for this stage will determine the list of candidates who will be appearing for the CBT 2 exam. To select candidates for RRB JE Stage 2 or CBT 2 Exam, the results of CBT 1 will be normalised. The candidates will be narrowed down according to the merit list. RRB JE Cut off 2023 CBT 2

The JE CBT-2 exam is the 2nd stage of the Railway Junior Engineer selection process. The exam is important because the marks scored here are considered for drawing the final merit list. candidates in this stage need to score the minimum cut off as well as qualifying marks as decided by the conducting body to proceed to the final stages.

There will be a total of five sections in the computer-based Stage II RRB Junior Engineer exam. Candidates will be able to determine their scores in the manner described below:

  • The exam will have a total score of 150; candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct response they submit.
  • Candidates who provide incorrect answers during the exam will receive a penalty of one third of the total mark.
