CAPF Results

CAPF Exam 2022 results are out: On September 16, 2022, the Union Public Service Commission announced the CAPF Result 2022 for the exam taken on August 7, 2022. The results PDF was released on the official website of the UPSC. The CAPF Result 2022 announced by the authorities includes the listed roll numbers for the shortlisted candidates. Only those candidates whose names are on the merit list and who have completed the exam will be called for the subsequent recruitment rounds.

The CAPF examination is conducted every year to fill vacancies in the various departments of the government of India. UPSC conducts CAPF examination to recruit Asst. Commandants in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Assam Rifles (AR) and National Security Guard (NSG).

Final CAPF Result: The UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant examination for the was conducted on 7th August 2022. The UPSC CAPF AC Selection Process 2022 is done in three stages. They are 

• Written Examination, 
• Physical and Medical Standards Tests and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and 
• Interview/Personality Test

The applicants who pass the written exam are qualified to take the PST/PET. For each stage individually, the authorities will issue the UPSC CAPF AC Result 2022. 

The board has released the roll numbers of the candidates who have passed the written examination in PDF format. The candidates who are qualified in the written examination must fill out the detailed application form from 26th September 2022 to 9th October 2022.

The Final merit list will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination and Interview/Personality Test.

How to Download CAPF 2022 Results?

The UPSC CAPF AC Result is released. Go through the step-by-step process given below to download the UPSC CAPF AC Result 2022. 

Step 1: Visit upsc.gov.in, the website for the Union Public Service Commission.

Step 2: Find the UPSC final results section on the homepage.

Step 3: A link to your UPSC CAPF Result 2022 in PDF format will be available.

Step 4: The names of the chosen candidates will be listed in the UPSC CAPF Result PDF 2022.

Step 5: Type your name and roll number on the keyboard by pressing CTRL+F. You have been chosen if your name and roll number are present in the PDF.

Step 6: Now download the UPSC CAPF Result 2022 and take several copies of it for future reference.

CAPF 2022 Scorecard

After the personality test and interview are over, the CAPF AC 2022 scorecard will be made available on the Union Public Service Commission’s official website within 15 days of the announcement of the final results.

The UPSC CAPF scorecard 2022 will be required for document verification. The candidate’s CAPF AC 2022 entrance exam marks will be included on the scorecard.

CAPF 2022 Answer Key

Within ten days of the exam, the CAPF AC 2022 Answer Keys are likely to be available on the UPSC website.

Each set of question paper, such as SET A, SET B, SET C, and SET D, will have its own answer key for the CAPF AC 2022 exam.

CAPF 2022 Cut Off

The minimum score needed to move on to the next stage of the selection process and the ultimate selection is known as the UPSC CAPF AC cut-off. A total of 600 marks are used to determine the final cutoff for the Central Armed Police Forces. The Official UPSC CAPF Cut Off will be out with the CAPF AC result in 2022. Each candidate’s UPSC CAPF AC Cut Off 2022 will differ due to a number of reasons, including:

• Previous year cut off
• Number of vacancies posted
• The difficulty level of the paper
• Number of candidates participating 

Based on the candidates’ performance in the Written Examination and the Interview or Personality Test, the UPSC CAPF Merit List 2022 will be prepared. The UPSC CAPF final merit list 2022 will be based on the candidates’ categories as well. Candidates who do not achieve the required cut-off score in the written exam will not be eligible for the recruitment process, and their names will not appear on the UPSC CAPF AC Merit List 2022.

CAPF DAF Form 2022

Candidates must first register on the Commission’s website before filling out the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online and uploading scanned copies of the appropriate certificates/documents to support their eligibility, claim of reservation, and other criteria before showing up for the UPSC CAPF AC PET/PST. After the written exam is completed, the UPSC CAPF DAF form online registration will become available.

For CAPF 2022 the candidates can fill the DAF starting from 19th September 2022 to 9th October 2022, on the official website of the UPSC.

What To Do After CAPF Result?

The candidates who clear the CAPF written exam will be called for the next selection rounds. Candidates must check the CAPF AC result 2022 and search for their roll number in the result PDF to determine whether they passed the written exam. If they are able to find their roll number, it indicates that they passed the written exam.

• The Shortlisted Candidates will now be called for Medical and Physical Tests. 
• Before the medical examination starts, the candidates are required to submit their DAF (Detailed Application Form). 
• Online Detailed Application Form will be available on the Commission’s website from 26.09.2022 to 09.10.2022 till 6.00 P. M. Important instructions regarding filling up of the DAF and submitting the same ONLINE to the Commission are also available on the website. 
• The Physical Efficiency Test is followed by the medical examination day.

Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests for CAPF Assistant Commandant: 

All candidates who passed the UPSC CAPF AC Exam will receive Physical Standards Tests, Physical Performance Tests (PET/PST), and Medical Standards Tests (MST). Candidates will be notified as soon as possible of the date, time, and place of the UPSC CAPF Physical Test and Medical Test by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (Nodal Authority designated by the Ministry of Home Affairs). 

It s to be noted that pregnancy at the time of PET will be a disqualification. Other medical tests include the following:

• Final medical check-ups where things like pulse rate, blood pressure, etc. are examined.
• Dental points are examined. 
• Basic body warm-ups like sit-ups or push-ups as a full regular body checkup. Candidates with flat-foot and knock knees may face a problem here.
• An X-ray of the chest area. 
• Eye check-up: There are certain standards for myopic and hypermetropia eyes. 

Hence candidates must be physically fit along with passing the exam.

Interview/Personality Test of CAPF Assistant Commandant: 

Candidates who are provisionally selected for an interview or personality test will also be issued a Detailed Application Form (DAF), on which they will be expected to specify their preference for the armed forces, among other things. Based on that interview will be conducted for 150 marks.

The candidate’s scores in the written examination and the interview/personality test will be used to compile the merit list.
