1. The question paper is divided into three sections, two of which are objective and one of which is subjective.
2. Written online exam followed by a descriptive test.
3. The online written exam is of 150 marks 
4. The Group discussion and interview is of 50 Marks. Thus, the total marks in the Written Test, Group Discussion & Interview shall be 200.
5. In objective examinations, there is negative marking for incorrect answers given by applicants. For each wrongly marked answer, 0.25 of the total marks allotted to the question will be deducted.
6. Candidates who are shortlisted at the end of Phase I will be invited to participate in a group discussion and an interview.
7. Minimum qualifying marks for the whole selection procedure (online exam, GD, and interview) – 60% for General and OBC and 50% for SC/ST.
