Sales Manager – ANZ
About the role
We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jr’s/ Byju’s Future School products that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Manager will utilise their skills to build a strong relationship with Prospects/Customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly in Australia & New Zealand.
Role details
Scope: Work on given prospects (Leads) as an individual contributor and close deals, Product & Process Training will be provided to the Sales Managers.
Target Customers Region: Australia & New Zealand.
Work Mode: Work From Home
CTC Range: 4 LPA (Excluding Additional Variable Compensation)
Working days: 5 working days with 2 days-off which will be during the week(Rotational).
Shift Time: 05:30 AM to 03:30 PM (IST) (Subject to change as per business requirement)
Mandatory Language Fluency: English(good VNA skills are preferable), Hindi.
Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their laptops, wi-fi & phone bills will be reimbursed per the policy.
Additional Variable Compensation: It’s highly an Incentives driven environment (% Slab on Total Revenue). On average our Sales Manager earns 20K-25K per month as incentives.
