Steps To Download UPSC Prelims Hall Ticket
The preliminary exam comprises two papers:
GS-1 Paper – 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
GS-2 Paper (CSAT) – 2:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

UPSC Admit Card for Preliminary Exam – Important Instructions
- Carry the e-Admit Card along with a photo identity proof to the exam centre.
- To mark the OMR sheet, candidates must carry a black ball point pen.
- One must reach the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.
- Read all the instructions mentioned in the e-admit card carefully and follow it to the core. Any discrepancy or foul play noted by the invigilators may lead to disqualification of the candidate.
- Mobile phone, calculators, storage media devices, smartwatches, camera, Bluetooth devices, or any other equipment or electronic devices cannot be carried inside the examination hall.
- Do not carry any expensive or valuable commodity to the exam venue, as the Commission will not be responsible for the loss of the same.
- Keeping in mind the COVID-19 protocol, social distancing needs to be maintained at the centre. Candidates need to mandatorily wear a mask or face shield to cover their faces.
- A small and transparent bottle of hand sanitizer must also be carried along to the centre
