Indian Coast Guard Salary 2023

The salaries for the Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Branch), and Yantrik positions in the Indian Coast Guard are as follows:

Yantrik Salary
  • Yantrik’s basic pay is Rs 29,200 according to the Pay Level 5. 
  • Candidates will also receive Yantrik salary in the amount of Rs 6200 plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on the nature of their duties and the location of their posting in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Navik (Domestic Branch) Salary
  • The Base Pay Scale for a Navik (DB) is Rs 21,700/- according to Pay Level 3, plus the Dearness Allowance and additional allowances dependent on the nature of duty/place of posting as per the applicable regulation.
Navik (General Duty) Salary
  • Salary for a Navik (General Duty) position is Rs 21,700 according to Pay Level 3, plus Dearness Allowance and additional allowances based on the nature of the job and the location of the posting in accordance with the rules in effect at the time.
Assistant Commandant
  • The starting salary for those applying for the position of Assistant Commandant is Rs 56,100 (Pay level 10).
