SBI Clerk Result 2022: Overview
Candidates will be selected to write the SBI Clerk Mains test based on the results of the SBI Clerk Preliminary exam. The final merit list will not take into account the Prelims exam scores. Based on the results of the Mains exam, the SBI Clerk final selection result will be released. It is to be noted that the SBI Clerk prelims result can be accessed through login by entering registration number/registration number, password, and captcha code. After passing the local language test, candidates are ultimately chosen for the Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) position depending on how well they performed in the main exam.
For the main exam, a sufficient number of applicants in each category, as determined by the bank, or roughly ten times the number of vacancies, will be chosen. Candidates must obtain a minimum percentage on their overall score in the main exam (there is a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates). The minimum qualifying marks on the overall score will be set by the bank. There will be a state- and category-specific merit list. Candidates qualified in the test (main examination) will be placed according to their aggregate marks in descending order in respective states and categories.
Candidates qualifying the Mains exam will have to appear for the test of the specified opted local language. Candidates who pass the main exam must show up for the examination in the chosen local language. The final decision will be made after the candidates have passed the test in the chosen local language and their eligibility has been confirmed. There will be a waiting list for up to 50% of open positions (State-wise category).
