Educational Qualification

The OPSC OAS educational qualification that candidates have to meet is given below.

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from any recognised university in India.
• Applicants must know how to write, read and speak in Odia.
• They must have passed class 10 or 12 with Odia language as one of the subjects.
