Themes of Republic Day Tableaux

The Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950 replacing the Government of India Act (1935). We observe the day as our Republic day. The Current affairs and GK is an important portion of UPSC Civil service exam.

Republic Day Parade on Raj path had witnessed the representations from 17 States, 6 Ministries and Army- Air-Navy forces. These displays had demonstrated diverse themes related to the rich cultural heritage and socio-economic development of India’s development major areas like Women, Empowerment, IT, and Environment Protection. Here we are giving the Tableaux displayed by different states in India on the occasion of Republic day held in Delhi.

This is an important topic for the UPSC Prelims exam.
