KEAM Application Form 2023

The KEAM application form for 2023 will be available on the official website. Candidates who are aiming for admission to Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharm, MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani, Agriculture, Co-Operation & Banking, Climate Change & Environmental Science, B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU), Forestry, Veterinary and Fisheries courses should submit the online application form on or before the last date, announced by the exam conducting authority. Submission of application and supporting documents is acceptable only in online mode. Online application submission and supporting documents must be completed by accessing the CEE official website – cee.kerala.gov.in.

Below are the tentative dates regarding KEAM 2023 application form.

How to Fill out the KEAM Application Form 2023?

Before filling out the KEAM online application form, students must read the eligibility criteria for KEAM 2023. Students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the KEAM successfully. Candidates should visit the website (cee.kerala.gov.in), where they will find the registration link “KEAM-2023 Online Application”, and then follow the steps given below to submit the online application form.

Step 1: Candidate registration

This is a one-time procedure. During the process, candidates will receive a system-generated Application Number. Candidates are requested to enter their password when asked. A strong password is preferable for each candidate’s login, as it ensures their secure online activities. The conditions for a strong password are as follows:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase English alphabet
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol [!@#$%^&*]

The candidate should re-enter the password for Application Acknowledgement. They must note the application number and password details for future login and other activities, such as corrections, admit cards, etc.

Step 2: Filling out the application form

All the essential information instructed by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations needs to be filled in at this step. Before filling in the details, candidates must read the Prospectus carefully to avoid mistakes in the application form and avoid losing eligibility for the examination.

Once the application is filled out, the candidate can preview the application details before moving to the next step by clicking the ‘Save & Preview’ button. After verifying all the information given is correct and accurate, click the ‘Save & Finalise’ button to conclude the application filling out process.

Step 3: Fee payment for the application

Candidates must pay the KEAM application fee based on the category. The below table shows the application fee details for KEAM 2023.

The application fee should be paid only in the form of an e-challan or through online payment mode.

Step 4: Uploading images and necessary documents

Below are the required documents to be submitted for the successful submission of the online application form for KEAM 2023.

  • Recent passport-size photograph of the applicant
  • Signature of the applicant
  • Educational certificates
  • Other documents (if required, such as nativity, income, etc.)

Step 5: Printout of application form acknowledgement

For future reference, candidates are advised to take a printout of the KEAM application form submitted for the examination.

Correction of KEAM Application Form 2023

Students who have completed the online KEAM 2023 applications can correct their Name, Photo, and Signature online at the official KEAM website by logging into their application account using their application number and password.

Those applicants who have any mistakes in their Signature and Photo can crosscheck them by clicking the menu option ‘Memo details’ given on the KEAM profile page. Applicants can correct the mistakes in their Signature and Photo by uploading the correct Signature and Photo. Those who have corrections in their application ‘Name’ can inform the issue through the official KEAM e-mail “ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in” before the last correction date.
