The IBPS RRB exam pattern is set by the conducting body and they reserve the right to change the exam pattern or selection process as per their requirements. As for the IBPS RRB 2023 exam, no change has been made in the exam pattern or selection process for the various posts.

Interview Phase for IBPS RRB:

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I, II & III will be subsequently called for an interview coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the help of NABARD. The interview will be conducted in select centres. The address of the centres will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter.

The marks for the interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview for Officers Scale, I, II and III will be as per extant guidelines. Only by qualifying both in the Online Examination (Main/Single) and Common Interview with sufficiently high marks will candidates be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, the details of which will be made available on the official IBPS website.
