M=molarity of solution

d=density of solution

MM=molar mass of solute

Step 2: Calculate the molarity of the solution

Molar mass of KOH=39+16+1=56g/mol

16.5=1.89M-561000M=9molar

Thus, the molarity of the solution is 9moldm-3.
