Now, from the figure, we can see

AD=2OD, EB=2EO [Ois the centre]

As, FCED

[Opposite sides a regular hexagon are parallel to each other]

Thus, FC=2ED

[The length of a diagonal of a regular hexagon is equal to two times the length of the side]

Step- 2: Find the value of λ using vector addition:

AD+EB+FC=2OD+2EO+2ED

=2(OD+EO)+2ED

=2ED+2ED

=4ED …..(1)

On comparing equation (1) and (2) we get
