We know that the magnification formula is given by $M = \frac{I}{H}$
Where $M$ is the magnification of the mirror
$I$ is the height of the image
$H$ is the height of the object
In order to get magnified images, the magnitude of the lens should be greater than $1$ , but the images formed by concave lenses is always small. Therefore concave lenses don't magnify the image.
