Given that the function f(x)satisfiesf(x)+2f11x=x.

Putx=2, we get f(2)+2f(-1)=2...........(1)

Putx=-1, we get f(-1)+2f12=-1.........(2)

Putx=1/2, we get f12+2f(2)=12..........(3)

From equation (1), f(2)=22f(-1)

Now, put the value of f(-1)from the equation(2). We get

f(2)=22-12f12

=2+2+4f12

Step2. Find the value of f(2) :

Now, put the value of f12from the equation(3). We get

f(2)=4+412-2f(2)

To simply this we get f(2)=4+28f(2)

9f(2)=6f(2)=69f(2)=23
