Finding the fourth root:

The fourth root of a number is the square root of square root of the original number. The simple way of finding the fourth root of a given number is to express the given number as the multiplication of 4 identical numbers, where the identical number will be the fourth root of the number.

Below are the examples of these two methods.

Lets find the fourth root of the number 256

Square root of 256=256=16×16=16

Square root of 16=16=4×4=4

Thus, the fourth root of 256is 4.

Alternatively,

256=4×4×4×44=4

Hence, In this way we can find the fourth root.
