Know that the formula for stopping potential

eV0=hcλ-ϕ here, eenergy of photon, V0 is the frequency of the electromagnetic radiation and λ is the wavelength.

Now for the wavelength λ=300nm

Therefore,

eV1=hc300nm-ϕeV2=hc400nm-ϕ

Therefore the change in stopping potential.
